Today is the day we pick up our new 2025 28′ Classic and say goodbye to Maria, 2022 Flying Cloud.
Gulfport, Mississippi – May 30, 2025 – Foley RV Center
On December 29, 2001 we picked up our first Airstream. She was a 2022 Flying Cloud 27FB. We have been on so many great journeys over these past 3 1/2 years.
After several days of cleaning our stuff out of the 2022 Flying Cloud, today was the day. Maria was clean inside and out! She had the high shine on her new tires. Looking her best. The folks at FOLEY RV never even looked at her. I was a little disappointed, but also relaxed that they didn’t find anything else wrong with her.
It was a kind of weird emotional day for me. Sad to see her go but excited about the new rig. The 2025 28RB Classic .
She was good to us, and I still love her. Maybe I felt guilty?
Hopefully, her new owners will love her as much as we did.
