We left Friday morning at 7:00 a.m. and had an easy travel down to Gulfport. We stopped by FOLEY RV to have some outside rivets replaced. While we were there, they checked for front separation. John said there was very little but thought it was best to have it entered into the system for warranty purposes, and he would let us know what the outcome was in a few weeks.

We met Tim Lawrence for lunch at Little Ray’s in Gulfport. Tim had not seen the Airstream before, and we all enjoyed our lunch inside the Airstream and got to visit for a short time.

Saturday, June 22, 2024
Saturday morning, we went for our beach walk and then into the clubhouse for breakfast. After that, we went to the pool for about an hour.
We got cleaned up and went to eat lunch at Little Ray’s again. We came back, and I sunned, and Jack rested.

This weekend is the Invasion of the Squatter Trucks. Traffic has been bad this time, but we are just watching and not getting into it.

The RV park is nice and had a good crowd. Nobody on either side of us. It’s a little more than we normally spend, and no discounts. There was a band on Saturday, and they have food and a bar, so you really wouldn’t have to ever leave.

Easy trip home. We enjoyed the weekend and will be back in August.
