Gulf Beach RV Resort – Biloxi MS – December 9-11, 2022 – Site # 4
Friday:
This was our first trip with Big Blue towing, Chevorlet Silverado 2500 HD, we got 12.7 miles per gallon on this trip. It was easy towing down to the coast. The 2500 HD does make a huge difference in towing. We got checked in and set up with no issues.
Friday night we went to the Seawolves hockey game. It was an easy walk to the coliseum. The game was very exciting and fun, but the Seawolves lost in the last 20 seconds.
Saturday:
Saturday morning we went to the Christmas market in Long Beach, that wasn’t much to it. Then stopped at the street market in Pass Christian and it wasn’t much either. We drove to Bay St. Louis but decided not to get out but did go check out the Hollywood Casino RV park. On our way back to Biloxi, we ate lunch at Salute’s. Salute’s is one of our favorite places to eat lunch while on the coast. After coming back to the rig, we sat outside at the pavilion and had happy hour. It was kind of chilly. We cook steaks for dinner and relaxed the rest of the day.
Sunday:
It was going to be a rainy day, so we started preparing for the trip home a little earlier than normal. It did rain most of the way home, but Big Blue and the Airstream made it very easy. We had a great weekend.
