Blossom Hill Farm – May 13-15 2022
Blossom Hills Farm LLC – aka Lenice’s
Friday:
We left home Friday at 3:30, The drive wasn’t long but it rained really hard for about 30 minutes. We did finally drive out of the rain and arrived around 4:30.
We were able to park with no problems, once a few tree limbs were trimmed back to allow access to our spot. Where we parked, it was level, and had a great view. We did have 30 amp power – so we were able to hook up to the electricity, run the one AC along with all the other appliances. We took our own fresh water with a full tank. (39 Gallons)
Friday night we did get a little rain but nothing too bad. We had a great night of sleep.
Saturday:
David and Missy arrived Saturday late morning and stayed in Sweet Olive Cabin.
We had the crawfish boil Saturday afternoon. The band was really good and played a large variety of songs. Great musicians.
David and Lenice had invited many friends along with the Hopkins and Herring family members.
As always it was nice to have our own space to retreat to. Chan and Kate, Matt, Taylor and Hayes all came and we had a good time visiting with them.
Sunday:
We left Sunday morning around 11:30am. We had a great time and look forward to returning again soon.
Overall a good trip. Parking and getting out of the lot around all the trees went well. It was actually very easy.
We had breakfast with David and Missy, Lenice and David before we all left Sunday morning. It was a short, sweet, free and close to home trip.
